Hanging with the Cucurbits

Maybe you'd like to learn how to propagate your own cuttings.....Here's Richard propagating the Perennial Basil in class.

It's much cheaper to propagate your own plants if you can get hold of some cuttings...
OR
maybe you're pruning a plant at home and would like to share it with your friends or family
then you need these classes!

You can learn all that and MORE!!

Maybe you would like to learn the difference between each lady beetle in your garden?

Good or Bad?
Look at the damage these little creatures have done to that zucchini leaf..............
...............................Do you know what they are?...(I've included a hint somewhere in this post)

Have you seen these in your garden before?
If you live in the Illawarra; there's probably quite a few visiting your garden at the moment.

Blooming Harvest from our Class

I can't contain my excitement here today....I often rave about the wonderful class garden beds we have at the nursery...because they aren't very big and they grow a lovely bounty of veg. We harvest from them four times a month during class. Here are a few photos of the garden beds......

Where the lattice is leaning against the pipe...This is the divider for the garden beds.
There are four garden beds for the four different classes at the nursery.

Wow! What a bounty....Well done Class!!
This is what I've picked today from the class garden beds..check this out!
